Students who are unable to participate in physical education classes for a period of time up to one week must bring a note from home to the Health Office.

For a longer period of time (more than 1 week) a note from a doctor is necessary, with a diagnosis and duration.

If your child needs to use crutches, a cane or a wheelchair while in school, a doctor's note is needed. When your child no longer needs the assistance of these items, a doctor's note indicating no longer needed is required.
